1. Terms of payment

Your booking will be officially confirmed after paying 50% of the price in advance, eventually full price of the accommodation or services within specified date (within 2-7 days after receiving booking confirmation).
The difference should be paid (the amount due credited to our account) no later than 30 days prior to your stay.
In case of a period shorter than 30 days prior to the stay, the customer is obliged to pay full price.

The payment can be realized by means of:
• Postal order
• Money transfer to the account of Tatry Mountain Resorts a.s.:

If the deposit (50% of the price) or full price is not paid within the specified date, the reservation will be cancelled automatically. 2. Terms of cancellation:

Cancellation fee

10% from the price of ordered and confirmed services, minimum 3o,-€

From the date of order confirmation within 29 days before the clients arrival

30% from the price of ordered and confirmed services according to

28 to 21 days before Customer clients arrival

50% before Customer clients arrival

20 to 14 days days before Customer clients arrival

80% from the price of ordered and confirmed services

13 to 8 day before Customer clients arrival

100% from the price of ordered and confirmed services

7 and less days before Customer clients arrival

Cancellation fee valid for stays in New Year’s Eve period (25th of December – 10th of January)

10% from the price of ordered and confirmed services, minimum 3o,-€

30% from the price of ordered and confirmed services according to

45 to 40 days before Customer clients arrival

50% from the price of ordered and confirmed services

39 to 30 days before Customer clients arrival

100% from the price of ordered and confirmed services

19 and less days before Customer clients arrival



If you wish to cancel your stay you should do it as soon as possible, in writing, providing your name, contact details and dates of stay and your own hand signature. It is necessary to send it by registered mail, by e-mail, fax or bring it personally to the address where you ordered your stay. The date of delivery is determining when counting the cancellation charges.

Cancellation of up to 10% of the ordered capacity is not charged if it is a group order for more than 20 people. The price will be charged according to actual number of people at the accommodation.

3. Start and realization of the stay:

After paying full price the customer will receive confirmation or voucher printed or in electronic form (not sooner than 2 weeks prior to the start of your stay). You can check in and lodge from 4 pm until 6 pm. If you pay advance it is possible to set later time for check in. If the guest does not check in until 6 pm and it was not arranged differently, we reserve the right to offer this accommodation to other guests. At the day of your departure you should check out not later than 10 am. At the arrival the customer will be informed about the conditions of the accommodation unit. Heating is on only during heating season. If you would like to have the heating on during summer season, it is necessary to arrange it with the accommodation provider.

At check in the customer is obliged to leave a deposit of 100 € (3 012,60 Sk), 3 000,- CZK for one accommodation unit. This deposit will be paid back at the end of stay if no damages on the accommodation unit are detected.
